Vanille Crem - Vanilla Cream

Einen Liter Rahm mit Vanilla kochend gemacht dazu acht Eidotten davon rühren ½ Pfund Zucker mit Kochen die Milch das ganze konnt nachmal in die Pfann und wird solang geschlagen bis es zu kochen aufängt dan durchpassieren und kaltstellen und hin und da unrühren. Wann es erkalten so kann 3 Loth Gelatine dazu und 1 Schoppen Schlagrahm daruntergenngt.

Literal translation: 

A liter of vanilla cream made with egg yolks eight of them to boil stir ½ pounds of sugar with the milk boil the whole thing could afterwards in the pan and is beaten until it begins to boil and then through a strainer and refrigerate, stirring occasionally. When is it so cool mix in 1/2 ounce of gelatin and 1 pint whipped cream.

Better translation: 

Bring a liter of cream with vanilla and eight beaten egg yolks to a boil. Stir in ½ pound sugar and bring back to a boil. Then strain and refrigerate, stirring occasionally. When cool, whip in ½ ounce of powdered gelatin and 1 pint whipped cream.
